Our Mission

 

For several years, the Green Movement has swept across the globe, teaching people that we owe it to ourselves and to the earth to make our world a cleaner, healthier place.  Here at Green Eden, we consider this movement a return to the ages-old call to good stewardship implicit within the very beginnings of Genesis.

 

We believe that good stewardship means humans have a responsibility to care for 1. each other, 2. the earth, and 3. all the earth’s creatures.  This responsibility isn’t suddenly our concern because of global warming or our dependence on non-sustainable energy.  It’s just something we seemed to forget for generations.  The human race has been given the moral obligation to nurture the planet and treasure its resources even as we use them to care for ourselves.

 

That is our mission at Green Eden.

 

And that is why we strive to bring you a collection of innovative and everyday products that are good for people and good for the planet, whether they are all-natural, energy efficient, fair trade, handmade, organic, recycled, or sustainably grown. The products we carry are all environmentally friendly and ethically produced.
